Well, it looks like we have managed to secure a SP Enterprise Online plan for the entire company. Id like to have gone hosted but I dont hold the purse strings!
I was just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction to a diagram that depicts and shows the steps involved for the relationship between on premise AD (2003) and SharePoint Online (2013).Â
Any pointers, issues or recommendation would be appreciated!
I assume you want to know how users can log in to Office 365 with their AD credentials. The best place to start is TechNet: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj573653.aspx
What you first do is to configure Directory Synchronisation (sync AD accounts with Office 365, if desired also password hashes), and if you want true Single Sign On then you configure ADFS as well
