Hello to everybody, i’m a little stuck on configuring a Sharepoint 2013 development environment on this new company that i’m just start to work for, and my doubt is if, for this development environment they will need a full (comercial) licence or what type of licence they can use (they don’t have any kind of MSDN subscription). Any one can help  me on that? Thanks in advance!

MSDN if you are a proper company doing it for real.
But if you needed to get going in the meantime whilst you battle with your company then there are 6 month “eval” editions of Windows Server and you can install SharePoint Foundation to get going with and one of the free versions of VS. It will be harder and more restrictive in what you can produce though!
