I have created a new user request form and can create a workflow to create a task to manually create a new user and assign a license. I’ve been asked, however, whether it is possible to automate this process…
So, HR make a request (or another authorised user) and the customer wants this to kick off a process to automatically create the user account.
No links to AD in place.
Can this be done…. And if so how?
