This is part of IA planning for us for migration. to take a step back, we would like to tag all content within “site collection A” as ‘X’, “Site collection B” as ‘Y’, etc.. hoping to use this for search purposes later including refiners. site collection isolation today means location specific content and serves a good purpose. Would like to use that for IA.

However, is there a way to tag all lists/libraries and its content within a site/site collection? Best practices around this and limitation? Appreciate your input!
