I’m curious as to something and would like to tap into the community experience.
What hosting service, if any, would you suggest for SharePoint environments, for both SharePoint 2010 and 2013.
I ask as I’ve recently changed jobs and as such have lost access to all the environments set up our mutual benefit. I’m costing up getting VMware, plus everything else and wondered if online offered a realistic or viable alternative.
I’ve had a quick look at CloudShare, but before jumping into a hosting plan, I’d be curious as to what alternatives there might be.
I’m approaching this from an Administrator / Power User point of view (with a view of learning Development).
Any / all comments appreciated.

Did you try windows Azure? If you have a MSDN subscription or even otherwise, it is a good alternative. Office 365Â Developer site is good for Power Users/ Developers if your are focused on the “App Model”.
