Does anyone have a link or reference to a good dumbed down UI for a typical user to bulk update file names that currently have illegal character in them. I have seen several post about using PowerShell but most users are not that computer literate for me so I need something that is more user friendly.
I am hoping to find something that will allow the user to assign a replacement for each of the illegal characters SP does not allow. that being either a set of new characters like “and” to replace “&” or replace “~” with nothing just remove it.
Any thoughts will be greatly appreciated.

I am using SP 2013 on Office 365. It is the Online version. 2 of my clients are attorneys and I need to create Document libraries from their existing file structure but as you know to move the files is a bit of a pain with illegal characters in the names. I am looking at no less that 30k in files to iterate through.
