I have been asked to do something and I’m not sure it’s possible to do with SP Designer alone, not using Visual. Â We have a form on SP that people filled out called Registration of Electronic Devices. Â The owner of this form wants a workflow that will calculate what the end of the calendar year is from the date it was filled out. Â For example, I fill out the form on September 1, 2015. Â The workflow must determine that the end of the year is December 31, 2015. Â Then the workflow will send an email that the registration has expired and a new one must be filled out. Â Can this be done with Designer alone?
Could you do it without doing a calculation and just create a workflow that pauses on creation until 12/31/2015 and then sends an email?
