Can Microsoft Forms link to Visio to create a flowchart?

I would like to automate the creation of decision diagrams / flowcharts which are created in response to a question set.  Could a question set created in Microsoft Forms be “downloaded” / “linked” to Visio to automatically create the flowchart

by flowchart I mean if No go to this box if yes go to another box and I want the flow chart to show this path
