I created a template in SharePoint 2010. I can see the template in the Solutions Gallery, but I can’t see it in “More Options”. Interestingly in only one of my subsites this template appears in More Options, but not on the home page and not in the other subsites.Â
I created this template from the home page of our intranet. Any idea why this behaviour?

Site Settings>Site Actions>Manage features>sharepoint server publishing features. It might also be possible that you only have admin permissions on the site where you are able to see the template; ensure that you have the required permissions across all environments.
