Description: Member points system; different points rewarded for different activities (blog posts, discussion posts, questions answered, etc)
Also, user-allocated points (each user gets x amount of redistribute points for every x points earned, which can then be given away as the user sees fit).
Also, some way to redeem these points for real-world goodies (reward store, filled with pluralsight training cards, ebook certificates, ad space, $$$, hugs from Brad Shannon, etc)
