Hi – can someone recommend a solution?

My colleagues want a form that will allow users to input data into SharePoint. Most of the data is text, but there is a requirement for the option to upload documents as well.

Another requirement is for conditional logic branching to different parts of the form depending on answers to certain questions. (If you indicate you are part of one group, you go to a different section of the form and you don’t see the part of the form that is intended for the other group, you get the idea…)

I can get the branching fine with the survey tool. However, the survey tool does not support uploading documents. 

I can get the document upload fine with a list, however lists do not support branching.

InfoPath has conditional logic but no branching and anyway Microsoft has discontinued it.

I could hire an external ASP programmer but the colleagues have no budget.

Any suggestions?
