Current brainstorm (aka light shower) is to track issues, if any, relative to individual tasks. My party of one braistorming session has concluded that it would be best for users to be able to launch the issue tracker off of the view/edit form of a task in a tasks list. Is this possible?
Ideally, the end result is that not only can a new issue be created off of an item in the task list, when I have both the tasks and issue tracking web parts on the same page, any issues for a particular task would be filtered and displayed by selecting a task.
Nintext Workflow 2013 is available to me also. I have some ideas on how to do this with workflow but want to find out of there is an OOB or OOB/SPD solution first.
