For some reason, when I add a Contact Details Webpart, it shows an index (of some sort) and I can’t figure out how to remove it. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Lex,
This is as the Web Part contains the same Title as an existing Web Part on the page. If you go into Web Part Properties and change the title, this will disappear.
