I have a site collection for e.g. ‘A’ and it contains three content type columns. I want to export/copy these three content type columns to another site collection ‘B’. Is it possible? If yes, how

The content types – were they created on a Content Type Hub, or just created on site collection A?
I assume just on A – in which case, do you need the content types on B – or just the columns?
