You can do this by leveraging on the client object model – we have some generic solutions for our clients which do this (custom actions which load via JSOM data about the page and send to a web-based service which makes all the copying including metadata and web parts).
If it is just a single page, you can do it by hand, otherwise I will write a tool or web based service to do this.
