 Does anybody know of (have experience working with) any correspondence management system built on sharepoint?
I need a (kind of) Ad-hoc correspondence system for my company. Basically these are general correspondence between departments but they need to be tracked and archived.
Yes, this is similar to what I am planning to build. But I need my forms to be filled, Approvals etc from Outlook. I am looking at using InfoPath for these..
SharePoint List will be mostly for search, reading the history and getting details of the correspondence.
