I created a new Announcement list and created a list column called AnnouncementCategory.
I then added a CQWP to a page and selected this list to show items from. I was able to save the web part and see my announcements. I then tried to add a filter on the AnnouncementCategory column and got this error:
Site or list column AnnouncementCategory does not exist
Do you think this can be resolved by running a search crawl? Has anyone run into a similar scenario with the CQWP?
