How do I create an InfoPath form record within a SharePoint Library using a C# Event Receiver?

I want to create InfoPath form record in SharePoint library using an  Event Receiver. Specifically, when an item is added to the list, I want to create a new InfoPath form record in a SharePoint library. I already have a SharePoint library which contains my InfoPath forms. I have looked a the document here, but this is really very lengthy process which I don’t want to follow (using cab extractor and all). Does anyone know, how can I create InfoPath form using some C# code in event receiver ?
