Whats the procedure for creating a second public facing website in Office365/SharePoint Online?
I am concerned that going through the Public Website Plan Wizard will automatically overwrite the current website that is pointing to a custom domain.
Any assistance on this is appreciated and I can provide more information if necessary.

Last I recall, you don’t, and really, it the Public Website isn’t meant for WCM scenarios. Use Azure if you need Public Websites. 🙂
