Hi,

I noticed a strange issue on my SP2013 farm. To put this into context I applied the last Windows updates lately and after that I noticed the following.

Creating a new web application from CA will give me an error which you will find in error1 attachment. Next when I check the IIS on the web servers I noticed that the IIS site and application pool is only created on the node hosting the CA but not on the remaining servers. I checked that I run the service “Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Web Application” and it is started on the remaining nodes, I even stopped it and started it and all the websites were deleted and then recreated but trying to create a new one was not working.

Did any of you noticed this problem? For me it happens on the two SP2013 farms I manage.
