How can I create a registration function in SharePoint Online?

I would like to check if its possible to create a registration function in SharePoint Online (Office 365).

I only have access to SharePoint online (using a web browser).

I would like to schedule classes/ events etc. and would like members to have the option to register. (if possible to also limit registration).

Any help would be appreciated.
