I’m trying to create a form in InfoPath. It’s an office Check In form with 3 different departments section in it. Sales, Operations and IT. So the form need to be filled by each department. So I planned to create a form when the sales team key in the information and submit it should go to Operations team. Once Operations team fill in the form and submit, it should go to IT team. After IT team fill up and submit it should go to first level approve, and then second level approve. Once the second level approves the form need to be sent to all the department and the user/client. Can you help me with the design and how to set the workflow as I mentioned above. I’m very new to SharePoint. I’ve looked through many websites and each have different forms and workflow method which doesn’t suit well with what I intend to create. Maybe you can suggest or give some ideas.
