Working on a contract moving an organisation from an unused and unfriendly older SharePoint site to SharePoint Online. So far its looking good.
One of the business requirements for the organisation is effective management of contacts across the whole business in a central area.
Does anyone know of any good CRM Apps for SharePoint Online that are not prohibitive price wise? At the moment Dynamics CRM Online is probably to advanced for them.
