I am getting the above error when I am wanting to implement information into a list from an excel spreadsheet because the Import Spreadsheet feature isn’t possible. I’m using Internet Explorer 9 with SharePoint 2010.
What do I need to do to fix this? Any help is appreciated!

Andrew,
Makes sure you are not using 64-bit version of IE9. The 64-bit version, as opposed to 32-bit version, will cause issues with Datasheet views. Not sure what features are available on Foundation.
