SharePoint Farm:
2 Application servers and
2 Web front-end servers
When i’m trying to deploy solution a timer job is created under
Central administration -> Solution management
Status: Deploying (scheduled at 12/6/2015 9:22 PM )
Deployed to: None (expected is globally)
its running from yesterday – kindly request to help me out on this.

This will only be started on the server where the Central admin hosted. It will not be turn on other servers where it is not hosted.

1(4) servers participating in SharePoint farm.
On forth server SharePoint 2010 Administration service is down (services.msc)
I manually tried to restart the service and its falling out to start again.
run stsadm -o execadmsvcjobs on all Sharepoint servers.
Does the deploying account have enough rights to run the command.Also use power shell command to do this task from WFE server.
