I am trying to link project documents to a project list I have created. So each project in the list contains the relevant project data and also has the related documents from the Document library for that specific project displayed on the list page.
Both the List and the Document Library have a corresponding Managed field called “Dept Code” that could be used to link the documents, as the “Dept Code” is unique to that project.
Any thoughts?

Hmm, one way I could think of is “Document Sets”. Create your projects as Document Sets, and inside have all the documentation.

You can use your Project Webpart to filter stuff in the “Document WebPart” on the same page. Check out the links and I hope it makes sense! If no, I will show you more details when I finish with the client!
