- make it easy to use
- make it fun
- make it a game
- make it easy to learn
- make it everything they want
- make it rigid so they can’t set fire to themselves.

Oh, I’m very much aware of how SharePoint isn’t about me, thanks… 🙂
This seems like it would be true for any kind of supporting situation/job/etc. Â As in, <Waitering/IT/Nursing/etc.> is all about the people that don’t actually give a crap about what <waitering/IT/nursing/etc.> is. Â And SharePoint is really a platform for supporting users and making their lives better and easier, right?
