I was wondering if anyone actually uses or follow a methodology to program in SharePoint (i.e. Agile – SCRUM, Agile – Kahn, Waterfall, etc.)? If so, what methodology do you use and how has it worked out for you? Myself, I have always worked in organizations that do not have any type of methodology and seem to just “wing-it” with SharePoint.
Scrum all the way. We’ve used it in our own company (Collaboris) and also when i’ve been contracting at the likes of a “big telephone” comp plus a government health service. Works real well if the fwk is followed. If it’s not, then it’s useless.
