I was wondering if anyone actually uses or follow a methodology to program in SharePoint (i.e. Agile – SCRUM, Agile – Kahn, Waterfall, etc.)? If so, what methodology do you use and how has it worked out for you? Myself, I have always worked in organizations that do not have any type of methodology and seem to just “wing-it” with SharePoint.
We have a bit of a hybrid approach. We scrum everyday… but we find some projects are so big a waterfall approach (or at least substantial documentation) is best suited at our more complex projects.
