I was wondering if anyone actually uses or follow a methodology to program in SharePoint (i.e. Agile – SCRUM, Agile – Kahn, Waterfall, etc.)? If so, what methodology do you use and how has it worked out for you? Myself, I have always worked in organizations that do not have any type of methodology and seem to just “wing-it” with SharePoint.
I guess I had made up my own that is kind of like “Agilefall” for lack of a better term. It is good to know what others are doing too though, thanks.
I find many clients do not know 100% of what they want/need. In that case, Waterfall approaches do not work. So we start work, and figure out business rules as we go. Obviously, we try our best up front to figure out any *big* impactful business rules that may need to be supported.
