I’m encountering with performance issue on my SharePoint farm server. I have setup 1 WFE, 1 App and 1 DB.
The problem that I found is first time loading website on SharePoint both are very slow took about 30 seconds or more. This is unacceptable with my client.
I start using warming script the solution that I found on internet search. I started configure both WFE and APP server but it works only one server, which is APP server.
I need your help and share if anyone found the same issue or how can I check why the problem is only on WFE server.
I anyone has other solutions please suggest.

I use https://spbestwarmup.codeplex.com/ at all my clients and it works amazing ;). You can also “see it work’ before setting it as a scheduled task which helps make sure it does work.
I am not sure what script you used, but my best bet is that either the task is not running, or the account you run it under doesn’t have the rights to run the task, or “Read” rights on the Web Application!
