Dear All,
I am working on porting Excel based Self Assessment toolkit to MS Forms. I have created the wireframe, however, am stuck at building a flow/logic on the click of the submit button to display the outcome on the same page with results as “Answer1” / “Answer2” / “Answer3”.
Appreciate your suggestions/guidance.

Thanks for responding to my query. I have built a form with question and answers as Options using Microsoft Forms Online.
Requirements:
- User will be presented with a form with questions and answer.
- Based on the answers, I need to display the result of the survey on same page or maybe new page
- The Result of survey could be “Approved” / “Rejected” / “Conditional”
