I´ve created a Blank Site in SP Foundation 2010, and everything seem ok.
Then I go to Site Actions, and select Edit with SP Designer. SP Designer opens, but I get a message “The server can not complete the request”…The button for details is empty and I dont have more information. After close this message, I get another one message with the text “Error trying capture data from the Sharepoint site. Unexpected response from the server. The content type of the response is ”. The status code is ‘OK'”

This is SharePoint Designer having fun with you. Copy the Site URL from the browser, Open SP Designer natively from your computer and then choose the open site option. Paste your URL and ensure you put the http:// or https://. You should be able to get in then.
