Here is the scenario:
We are using SharePoint 2013 Online
A dept is trying to build an on-call app for product support. We have an e-mail-txt account for all of the users but they want to be able to click on it from the Presence pop-up when they hover over a user. See image below. Is this possible? We currently have an internal app that was built 5 years ago that is pulling this from an AD user attribute.
