Error message when trying to look at Workflows in SP2013

Over the last couple of days, I’ve noticed intermittent messages coming up when I click on the Workflows option from the Edit menu on forms in Forms libraries (SP2013 on-prem; SPD Workflows; InfoPath forms (browser-enabled).

I’ve never seen this particular message and am wondering what it means. Thanks in advance for any input.
