Dear Sir,I got error below ,when publish workflow in share point designer to my site
“You do not have permission to do this operation, Ask your web site administrator to change your permission and then try again, or log on with a user account that has permission. To log on with a different user account click Ok”

does the account you are using to access SharePoint Designer have site administrator permissions to the location where you are trying to publish your workflow? If not, then you will either need to log in with a different account (if you have access to an account with elevated permissions) or ask the person who is in control of site permissions to give you adequate permissions to publish your workflow.
