Discovering the _vti_bin folder , i found the export wp.asmx web service, Cool !!!!
You can use this to download your web part definition as an xml file as below :
“http://YourSharePointSite/_vti_bin/exportwp.aspx?pageurl=webpartpageurl&guidstring=YourWebpartId
