Is it possible to filter SharePoint list on Created date column based on date range defined(based on From date and To date which item is added to list)?
This should be achieved with our using SharePoint designer and using only Client side coding.

From your description, you want to filter a SharePoint list based on a date range.
You can add two Date Filter web parts into the list view page, then use date filter web parts to send values to a lists parameters to filter list by a date.
