HI All – need some guidance please. We need to build a form for tablets with slider fields for 24 hour clock as a requirement. There will be workflows built as part of form process.  Can I use PowerApps?
No third party products please need to build from scratch
Data will be stored in SP list for team to action.

Yes you can add slider control in powerapps which would store data in SP list. Check out the below links
