There have been many times where if we had a separate chat window with all the members actively working on someones problem, it wouldn’t have been so cluttered in the chat area. I think we could also do sub chats for things like development, SP reactions(LOL), or User profile Service not starting(Brad). Or even installing software that isn’t even SP (Vlad).
This would also help with a suggestion Vlad made to allow us to keep track and document solutions to problems, that way when people are searching we can hold a large or the largest repository of break fix solutions for SharePoint.

I like this idea too, we will incorporate it into my original idea!
I would vote for a way to save all the solutions we find! Like every time we find the solution, a way to log it, so  other people can find it with search afterwards!Â
Yea but the ability to add these as needed and separate the chats for issues like specifically the one Adam just had, and the one Vlad had, where he had where they had to post discussions, I think the key to this community is chats, discussions people care about, but don’t respond as quickly as the chat where you can bounce ideas off a group.
That is a good idea… don’t we have this with the Skysa bar (bottom-left, click the ‘people’ icon)?
At least, i think it does Chatroom #2 for sure…
I think this is a good idea. Â I think Admin, Dev, User chat rooms would be good.
