I just got a “RTFM” response in the SharePoint-Community.net.
A couple of links would have been more helpful.
With so many versions of SharePoint, Online, On-premise, so many patches, updates–sometimes it’s hard to know where to look.
I appreciate your support that sometime you have to risk asking a “dumb” question or just stay in ignorance.
The hardest thing in technology is to admit that you don’t know.
thanks,
Stephan, not-a-guru
Well! I guess there is nothing personal here. We all are here to learn and share what we know since it is all evolving with different versions. Let us keep the spirits high and contribute in a better way. Â
Hello dear SPCOM,
It is actually me, who provided such a RTMF feedback.
Please find the original discussion here:Â http://sharepoint-community.net/forum/topics/trying-to-figure-out-why-the-content-editor-web-part-on
The full solution has been provided, further suggestion has been provided, and “stop covering yourself with friends story, kids, I have no time and busy” suggestion has been provided either.
Well, since then RTFM started being rude, negative or something like that?
Is RFTM not a part of IT-mythology anymore? Really?
I am not sure what is exactly the problem here, but I got it. Thanks!
Anyway, thank you for the feedback, appreciate your concerns and “high value” content contribution.
I’ve been in it 5 1/2 years and SharePoint will get ya!
Thanks
Don’t worry too much about it Stephan the majority of people on here are awesome and friendly. We are all on the same boat no matter how much of an expert you are, SharePoint is gonna get ya!
so remember and check under your bed at night 😀
