Hi All

We have a document library (Document Centre) on our SP server 2010 Site, which holds all company documents, with versioning (major and minor) and content approval on. This library is structured in Folders (I know not the best approach).

 I have been noticing some strange events going on with the Folders Approval Status. We need to have all folders approved for the search to crawl, but lately the folders approval status changes to pending automatically after some investigation I figured that this happens every time a user uploads new documents into that folder.

Note: after the folder changes into pending the modified by column is by system account

 Any suggestions on this situation will be highly regarded.
