We have a Master Site that we would like to have a “Dynamic” list stored that can be shared onto multiple site collections and sub-sites.
Structure below:
xxxxx.sharepoint.com (Master)
xxxxx.sharepoint.com/sites/Clients (Site Collection)
xxxxx.sharepoint.com/sites/Client/xxxx1 (Sub-Site)
xxxxx.sharepoint.com/sites/Client/xxxx2 (Sub-Site)
xxxxx.sharepoint.com/sites/Consultants (Site Collection)
xxxxx.sharepoint.com/sites/Sales (Site Collection)
How would I go about accomplishing this? Thank you SOO Much!
This allows a lookup from within 1 site collection. Is it possible to share a master site column as outlined below?
(SITE COLUMN MASTER) xxxxx.sharepoint.com (Master)
(LOOKUP) xxxxx.sharepoint.com/sites/Clients (Site Collection)
(LOOKUP) xxxxx.sharepoint.com/sites/Client/xxxx1 (Sub-Site)
