After installing the updates required on https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt773991.aspx on our SharePoint 2013 server and making the required changes, Service Bus Message Broker Service will not start causing workflows not to run. Enabling TLS 1.0 makes it work again. The SQL server is doing fine.
