The major issue in any organization is how to handle client queries effectively and provide fully satisfied support  on issues raised by them.  Regardless, of the industry, for an e.g. E-Commerce which is on boom right now companies are trying to differentiate them self from there rivals by providing exceptional customer services. some one is giving same day delivery other no questions asked return with full refund.

With this rising need of resolving issues as soon as they come up, companies are buying customer relationship management software from third party IT vendors or trying to implement these sort of technologies in house. which either cost of them lots of money or end with handing too many software’s, which further requires dedicated team to handle and that again cost money big time.

To deal with this problem, our team at MetaOption has come up with solution to all the problems and developed a case management tool which is built on SharePoint environment and can be used with all the content available in SharePoint environment of the company. SharePoint is central platform which provides a space to company where they can keep all of there documents making it accessible to everyone with legit permission to do so.

With Technology changing everyday Microsoft is trying to match up with those changes and bringing out new version of SharePoint. Our team is trying to migrate the product from SharePoint 2010 to Office 365 environment but due to less knowledge in office 365 they are facing issues.
