We are using the link from the O365 video and it is requiring users to enter their log in information every time. Is there a way to modify the link, or create a link that will not cause users from on-premises to have to log into O365? (SP 2016)

When you say on-premise, you mean you have a SharePoint 2016 environment and an Office365 environment?
How is your authentication set up? You’ll need to implement Single Sign on, are you using ADFS?
