Many of the users don’t have email. My supervisor suggested the Collect Signatures workflow. I’m thinking a 3rd party application such as Collaboris DocRead would be better since we have a lot of people to track. But I need to know for sure.

Hi Mark. We need to track signatures of all employees in the company following training, reading of policies, etc. I need to find the best way to do this. Whether it is creating a workflow and adding signatures to each document or using a 3rd party application.
