in my opinion with such a booming product, it’s always problem to keep balance between family and SharePoint life. Does someone has a solution?
Spend less time posting on community sites and spend more time with the family? 😉
Or simply get rid of the family? 😉

I love SharePoint…but I love my family much more.
Work life balance is always tricky…I tend to work around my family time.
My family also supports me 100% in my career so the balancing act is a little easier.
I too would like to know how some of the community leaders manage it. There’s no way my family would let me travel as much as some of them do, nor would I want to. I try to limit my conferences to 2 or 3 a year, and maybe 1 or 2 SharePoint Saturdays. And I do most of my writing on early weekend mornings, when the rest of the family is still asleep!
