in my opinion with such a booming product, it’s always problem to keep balance between family and SharePoint life. Does someone has a solution?

I’ve asked some community leaders to write on this exact topic. It really comes down to time management. You can’t travel constantly and keep your family happy, unless your family is all in and supports you 100%. I would talk to your wife/family and ask them what they are willing to do to help you advance your career. An open conversation can’t hurt!

Buy more SSD’s. Finish your stuff faster = More time with family. (It will also convince HER/HIM to include it in the budget :P)
