How do I copy/move or import/export List library from one site collection to another in SharePoint Online?

Hi there,

With SharePoint Online, after I “Save list as template” and get .stp, what should I do next in order to import or copy the entire list library including contents and comments for all records to the new site collection.

• Old Site: https://domain.sharepoint.com/abc (subsite of the root site)
• New Site: https://domain.sharepoint.com/sites/main (new site collection)

If there is another way to achieve what I would like to do which is to migrate/copy/move list from one site collection to another, please advise.
